The link I posted is my own topic (same issue/problem as this post), there are also others in there who are having the same issue so I thought it is better to post.

Mine was also working before updating.
Any updates regarding this?
The only solution for now is to rollback to the version before Contact Form 7 3.7.
Also, it only affects version 3.7 of the plugin. I rolled back to the previous version and the forms worked again.
Please take a look at version 3.7.

Hi! I think something really isn’t right as I tried the plugin in multiple sites with different configurations.
I only encounter the problem in IE 8 (not sure if affects 7 and below, I haven’t tested).
I also tried using IE 11 Developer Tools (F12) and set the mode to IE 8, it also doesn’t work, it only shows the spinning icon.
