In reply to: [Mailchimp for WooCommerce] BUGGY.Hey @wigwam22
Thanks for sharing your feedback. I’m sorry to hear about these issues you’ve encountered. I wanted to chime in and see if I could offer any further troubleshooting insights or gather more information to pass back to our development team as feedback.
Could you share with me the WooCommerce System Status Report?
Additionally, if you’re able to test the plugin again, could you enable the Debug logging under the “Logs” tab and share any logging that crops up?
While plugin conflicts are a reality of working in WordPress, this doesn’t sound ideal and I’d like to do what I can to help improve things here for you. If you have any time in the future to test things a bit further, I would be glad to collect that feedback.
Thanks,
MalachiteHey there @davidlongftc
Glad to hear you were able to make some progress with the MailChimp Support Team.
If you are able to get things sorted out completely, could you consider updating the plugin rating? We would greatly appreciate it.
If you do have any further questions about the plugin or feedback to share, don’t hesitate to let us know.

Hey there @davidlongftc
Thanks for the feedback. I just wanted to chime in here and offer some troubleshooting assistance to see if it’s possible to clear things up or pass some useful feedback to our team to make improvements to the plugin.
First, I understand you’re seeing issues with the historical sync. Would you be able to shed a little bit more light on what’s occurring regarding “emailing customers to opt-in to be synced?” Any specific steps you’re seeing this occur in or additional context would help us out.
Additionally, is there any error logging present when you enable Debug logging in the Sync tab of the plugin settings?
Finally, could you share the site’s WooCommerce System Status Report?
Thanks for added insight. I’ll keep an eye out if you have any time to share this information.

Hey @newshop
Thanks for the quick reply. We’ll just need the site’s WooCommerce System Status Report. You can find that by logging into wp-admin and navigating to WooCommerce > Status > Get System Report, as detailed here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/understanding-the-woocommerce-system-status-report/
Thanks in advance,
MalachiteHey @alexkappel – thanks for chiming in here!
I’ve taken this feedback and passed it along to our team internally.
@newshop – in the meantime, would you be able to share the details requested above about the site? The more information we can have surrounding the situation to understand the factors at play the better equipped our team will be to reach a solution.
Thanks in advance! I’ll keep an eye on this thread and report back if we need some further information.

In reply to: [Mailchimp for WooCommerce] mailchimp_woocommerce_is_subscribedWe are monitoring reports of this issue. If you’re still seeing this behavior present after updating the server to meet the minimum requirements to run the plugin, could you please share an updated System Status Report? I would like to pass that updated information along to our developers if you’re still noticing this unexpected behavior crop up.
Thanks for your patience. I’ll keep an eye out for your reply.

In reply to: [Mailchimp for WooCommerce] Mailchimp for Woocommerce not syncing orderHey @isaac2017
I can certainly understand the urgency. MailChimp’s Support Team will be able to help troubleshoot plugin issues same as here in the plugin forums. If you need more immediate assistance, their chat support option can get you in touch with someone a bit faster than email correspondence.
If you have any further questions, let me know.

In reply to: [Mailchimp for WooCommerce] WP cron HTTP 500 because of wp_die()Hey @bluoberon
Sorry to hear you’re still encountering this. I’m afraid this issue is still outstanding, but you can track the progress of this on the plugin’s github page. If you’re able to provide any more details on error logging you’re seeing, that would also be very helpful in assisting our team in working towards a resolution. Here’s where this issue is being tracked on Github: https://github.com/mailchimp/mc-woocommerce/issues/143
If you have any additional questions, don’t hesitate to let me know.

In reply to: [Mailchimp for WooCommerce] Site breakerHey @grumblenz
Thanks for the update. I’m going to pass this case along to our developers as we have tracked similar reports of this behavior before.
If you are able to get that system status report, it would be very helpful to get our team towards a solution. You can find that by logging into the wp-admin panel and navigating to WooCommerce > Status > Get System Report. WooCommerce provides a bit more detail here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/understanding-the-woocommerce-system-status-report/
Thanks again for your feedback. I’ll keep an eye out if you’re able to get that system status report.

In reply to: [Mailchimp for WooCommerce] Sync issues between Mailchimp and WoocommerceHey there @artgoddess
Thanks for sharing all that really useful information!
After looking things over, it appears this sync is not stuck but has just finished syncing all qualifying information. MailChimp for WooCommerce will only sync completed orders and published products. However, the Sync tab will show a total for all the orders in the account. This can be misleading, and I’m passing feedback to our developers to get this clarified a bit further for future updates.
In the meantime, you can view the e-commerce data in your account by using MailChimp’s segmentation features to view those who have purchased, or view products in your list. Here are some resources I pulled from MailChimp’s Knowledge Base to help get you started:
Segment a List by Purchase Activity: http://eepurl.com/cdzAYf
Use Product Content Blocks: http://eepurl.com/clFFFf
Sorry for the inconvenience with that display issue. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Thanks for chiming in. We can certainly help troubleshoot the issues you’re seeing as well. Would you be able to provide the information requested above? I can take a look at both sets of information to get a better sense of the situation at hand here.

In reply to: [Mailchimp for WooCommerce] Mailchimp for Woocommerce not syncing orderHey there @isaac2017
Thanks for your reply. I’m afraid we don’t have a secure channel here in the plugin forums, though you’re welcome to reach out to our colleagues on MailChimp’s Support Team where they offer email and chat support. More info on that here: https://kb.mailchimp.com/accounts/management/mailchimp-support-options
Thanks for digging up those logs too. It sounds like the sync is getting stopped while moving orders over. If you navigate to the Sync tab within the plugin settings, are you able to select the Resync button to issue a full syncing of those past purchases that haven’t synced?
Thanks – I’ll keep an eye out for your reply.

Thanks for the feedback. I just wanted to chime in and offer some troubleshooting assistance to see if it’s possible to get things up and running or identify any unexpected behaviors that our team can take a closer look at ironing out.
First, I can see there are a few plugins you have installed on the site that might be conflicting. Just to be sure we’re getting a full scope of the situation, could you provide the site’s WooCommerce System Status Report?
Next, are there any specific error messages present when the site breaks? Could you elaborate on what occurs on the site or in the logging when enabling the plugin?
Thanks in advance for this. I’ll keep an eye out for your reply.

In reply to: [Mailchimp for WooCommerce] Sync IssueHey there @stdave,
Thanks for getting in touch. Glad to help lend a hand here. In order to get started, could you provide us with some more information about the site?
– Could you provide the site’s WooCommerce System Status Report?
– Could you provide a screenshot of the Sync page in the plugin settings?
– If you go to the Logs tab and enable Debug logging, does anything crop up?Thanks in advance for this. I’ll keep an eye out for your reply.

In reply to: [Mailchimp for WooCommerce] Sync issues between Mailchimp and WoocommerceHey @artgoddess
Thanks for that information. I was able to investigate a bit and didn’t see anything that indicated a stuck sync. When that “Resync” button appears on the Sync tab, it indicates that the sync has completed, but it seems that in this case it has left off syncing some of the items.
I have seen this occur before when there are a number of Draft Products or Incomplete/Cancelled Orders in WooCommerce. These are items that are not expected to sync over to MailChimp, but are still pulled in the total count. Just to rule this out as a possibility, are there draft products or incomplete/cancelled orders in your store contributing to this total number? More specifically, are you finding that there are specific products or orders in WooCommerce that you do not see in MailChimp?
Additionally, would you be able to share that link to the System Status Report one more time? I’m afraid we weren’t able to extract all the necessary information before it expired.
Thanks,
Malachite
