caracarina, Thank you so much for the referral on a plug-in that does work. I have been waiting on this developer to fix the authentication issues for 4-5 months. I finally decided to just dump it. Thanks again for the referral!
Thank you for your response, I enabled the Ping Back Protection.
The lockout attempts are using various fictional usernames like, “admin”, “user”, etc. So I tend to think they are failed login page attempts, but I could be wrong.
