Manually at html, for example –
style=”margin-left: 10px; margin-right: 10px; border: 1px solid black;”
or there are some plugins, unfortunately this perfect feature to add them easily is not included in new wp, hope it goes back soon

ah and example blog when this happens (as you can see, even after manual update some thumbs are default not gathered from site – all articles have image)

I had older version of WP, problems vere solved with manual update, but loss of thumbs is reality
