shall i upload the files manually ? will that cause any additional problem as the version of wordpress already shows 2.2.3 in my admin panel.

In reply to: Moving from WordPress.com to ww.wp.xz.cnIts not necessary that we use widgets / some adsense plugins to insert adsense units in wordpress. You can add the adsense code directly in the source code by going to
presentation > edit theme >
and editing the respective pages.
But if you prefer easy way of inserting the adsense code then I would recommend Adsense wordpress deluxe plugin or Adsense Injection plugin. try google search for more plugins.
regarding compliance with adsense tos, you could contact them before using any plugin (to be on the safer side).
