I solved the problem by adding “AddDefaultCharset UTF-8” to this file /etc/apache2/conf.d/charset
Nothing else helped, but now I’m happy!!Thanks for great support!!

; PHP’s default character set is set to empty.

I discovered a big problem (for me).
When the cache is disabled everything works as supposed but when I enable the cache (after a while) the Swedish letters å, ä and ö gets wrong, this happens on Chrome not IE ??
See attached screen dumps.The plugin is now deactivated.
