No, I believe he means the post text editor. When you create/edit a post, switch from Visual to Text mode and insert the <hr> tag after the body text of your post. You can see how it works here.
Sorry for the noob question, but where exactly to put the code? After installing WP-Insert plugin, I’ve placed the code in Manage In-Post Ads/Ad-Below Post Content and it does shows under every post, which is not the desired effect. How do I make it slide from the lower right corner to the left, as it does on Viral Nova site?
