That is kind of what I was thinking – transactions from all three payment gateways have recorded, but what if a user leaves the payment gateway AFTER the transaction is successful but BEFORE the URL redirect is effected? Would that result in a drop in tracking?

No, still a mystery. To answer your question:
The transactions captured on Google Analytics are identical to the ones captured in Woocommerce
The revenue figures per transaction are identical.It is just that there are entire transactions missing in Google Analytics that are being tracked in Woocommerce.

No, not that simple, unfortunately – Cancelled, Pending Payment and Failed have all been excluded on the Woocommerce Analytics settings. So that wouldn’t account for the higher revenue figureI think I may have figured it out – the client was saving the image names including their £ sale amount – if we remove the £ form the name, it seems to work.
