In reply to: Can’t import from blogger beta to wordpressYesterday I was able to transfer from blogger by going from own-hosted blogger, to blogspot, to wp-hosted wp, to own-hosted wp. Unfortunately, nearly all of my unique post pages have not converted over to the new template … that is to say, most of the archive shows the old blogger format right down to the blogger frame. Anyone having this problem?

Blogger to blogspot to wordpress-hosted (using WP import function) to export and save XML file to import wordpress-own-host (using same WP import function) is the ticket. Just when you think that it hasn’t worked or that the data is too messy and broken to fix, try another WP template.
