Thanks for all your help on this. I finally went back to the MailPoet sending service. I had avoided it because I did not fancy making all the changes required to change various server items. However, when I finally bit the bullet I could see where I needed to make changes using cPanel on my server and it was fairly obvious in the end. I have just sent a test message and it worked.

Thanks again for your prompt attention and I look forward to even better use of MailPoet. You can close this ticket.

The system tells me that this is valid. I used mailtest to change the various keys and the above is what I ended up with. Mailtest shows 10/10 so it thinks that DKIM is correct.

I have also asked my service provider to investigate. The problem only occurs when I use a from or reply to mailbox that is within the beechhill.online domain.

I used the mail test. After a few tweaks I got my core to 10/10.

I re-tried sending a newsletter and got the same spam message. After much testing I discovered that the problem was with the sender or reply to email addresses. If I use [email protected] (the domain where the MailPoet runs) I get the spam message. If I use an email from a different domain it works. This will be an issue if I send a live message as I don’t want the replies to go to a different domain/user.

Any idea what is happening?
