I can reproduce the problem on Windows with Chrome as well.
It’s not the size of the content. It will happen if I cut and paste just a single word. Restarting Safari doesn’t help. Rebooting the computer doesn’t help.
Also, it only happens in the Visual mode not HTML mode.
