Actually, I dont want vendor words to be appeared anywhere on my website, instead all vendor will be Showroom.

I had same issues and installing Post SMTP Mailer/Email Log resolved my issues.
Please try to install it or others SMTP plugin and I am sure your problem also will be solved.

We did this many times but didn’t work for us.
Problem is we cant update as we added some custom code to meet our requirements.

I even tried by changin my theme search option with some third party plugin, such as https://codecanyon.net/item/isearch-pro/22147846 but issues didn’t solve.

Thanks for your kind reply. We are using Marketo theme XpeedStudio. And for search we are not using any third party plugin, just the default on, may be the one included with theme.

Yes, you got my point. I did as you explained but seems not yet working. Yesterday, we bought your groups and capacity addons, we will set it tomorrow and will check that our issue resolved or not.
I applied this code snippet:
add_filter( 'wcfm_is_allow_product_loop_duplicate_hide', '__return_true' );Its hiding from the shop page but not hiding from search.
Any good help will be appreciated.
