In reply to: [WooCommerce] About the get_column_count() error from WooCommerce 9.4.0I posted this earlier today and I was asked to include details of the issue and what I have done.
“I’m encountering login issues to woocommerce app after countless attempts and I tried all means of troubleshooting that I knew but the issue persist, please I need help”
Here are the steps I’ve already tried to resolve the issue:
Hello,
I am experiencing an issue with my WooCommerce app (version 21.2) on my Android phone. When I attempt to log in, I receive the message: “An error occurred.
“Here are the steps I’ve already tried to resolve the issue:
– Changed my login credentials, which did not work.
– Created a child theme, but it failed. I then deactivated it and tried different themes, including Twenty Twenty-Two, Twenty Twenty-Three, and Twenty Twenty-Five, but none worked.
– Deactivated and deleted all plugins, yet the problem persists.
– Contacted WooCommerce support and my host provider (EasyWP) to check settings and troubleshoot. Unfortunately, they could not identify any issues.
– Attempted to edit some code settings, but the WooCommerce app still does not allow me to log in.
I would appreciate any assistance or suggestions on how to resolve this issue. Thank you!
