I have the same problem after upgrading plugin and wp and my theme to the newest versions. I solved the problem, but it is no good idea. When my form stops working (green round circle twirling all the time and didnt sending email to me) I click save button in settings section of the form, even without making any changes in configuration.
When changes are saved the form working corectly for ~12 hours. After 12 hours form crashes again, and didit work. I have to make changes again, and the form is working.
I know, this is the stupid solution, but i dont know how to solve it. Maybe this will help someone to solve the problem.
