When you talk about authentication using version 2 It is D Secure 2.0 / Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) right?
If that’s the case, yeah, that seem’s to be the reason from what client told me. It’s really weird that her mastercard or bank entity does’t allow such authentication thought, but client doesn’t seems to feel comfort saying what kind of mastercard she’s using or what bank entity she’s in, so since she doesn’t want to share more information I can’t do much more about it.
