Good to see you peeking in on this @wfgerald and hopefully working it out. Unfortunately I have already fully reinstalled an entirely new Wordfence after deleting the previous tables and data so it’s too late to run the diagnostics. Would be great if it can be fixed so I don’t have to worry about the problem returning… luckily WF works fine on all my other sites and I try to maintain consistency between how they all work otherwise I probably would have switched to something else by now.
FYI @rtpharry, I deactivated Wordfence, changed PHP version to 7.2, the site was fine, then tried to reactivate Wordfence and received the message “Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.”
So I then deleted Wordfence, used Wordfence assistance and uninstalled all tables and data, then reinstalled Wordfence and it has activated fine now.
What all that means I can only guess (some conflict between those data/tables and pHP 7.2?) but thank you for the solution.Thanks @rtpharry, this site currently has Wordfence working fine with PHP 7.0 but not with 7.2 however I’ll give your method a go…
OK I had another problem, after it worked from increasing the PHP memory as suggested by @sheriziya , I then increased the PHP version to 7.2 (from 7.0), This then gave me the white screen again, but then after reverting back to PHP version 7.0 it’s fine again. Strange as Wordfence is supposed to be best with 7.3 according to their documentation. (If I use 7.3 I get the message “There has been a critical error on your website.”)
I may well try the solution from @rtpharry using Wordfence assistant (thanks for that).
Thank you so much @sheriziya I tried increasing the memory to 512 and it works.

Though it was not the Customizer I was talking about, I simply meant the menu of the main website has a vertical line between each menu item. This line is there between all menu items, but recently it has disappeared only between the first and second menu item. It is also missing after the last menu item. You will see this if you look at the website http://firstcutmedia.com/ .Thank you also for referring me to the Raindrops theme forum, if you prefer I can repeat this request on that forum so that it appears in the right place?

In reply to: Raindrops theme Site Title color not respondingI have just noticed something else has changed – in the menu bar the vertical line dividing the ‘HOME’ menu item from the next menu item has disappeared. Maybe this should be a new topic, but do you have any idea what is causing that?
