Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, we already checked that and the word ‘Table’ is not in there. I was wondering if there is a problem because the word is in several different synonym lists? Would that be an issue?

Ex: This is a sample of 3 separate lines in our synonyms list

table, tables
tablecloth, table cloth, tablecloths, table cloths, table linens, linens, linen, table cover, table clothes, tableclothes, table cover, table linen

We are using Google Tag Manager to add the tag. Should we try using just the GA4 method instead? Also, does cloudflare caching affect this at all? (Or caching in general?) We are just trying to figure out why its not tracking. It seemed to have tracked 2 searches in 3 weeks (and many more occured)
