I found it. The problem was that I had “Show Content” selected.
Found out Jetpack was causing the problem. Trying to fix now.
Same problem here. I created a scheme that showed up under available schemes but had no way to apply it.
I had the same issue, and tried deactivating the Manual Control plugin. It didn’t work until I deleted Manual Control and went to Jetpack. It then updated.
