When i run it myself everything works fine and i dont get that message. I dont have Captcha running – maybe that’s the issue?

It seems this is occurring because the “Theme Panel” gets removed when the “Template Library and Redux Framework” plugin is deactivated. So i was wondering if there was a way i could deactivate the redux plugin without losing Theme Panel, which is what i believe is causing me to lose the website content.
