Thanks for your reply. It´s a local development so there´s no link at this time. But i found the solution for my problem.
I was using a child theme with it´s own footer.php. So i removed it and the link now is visible.
I thought that if there were more functions within the parent theme they will be postloaded after the childtheme functions. I guess i was wrong.

Still doesn’t work for me after updating to the latest version. Everything i activate in the footer settings appears, but not the “move to top” link or icon.

Thanks, but i can`t see it.
I activated “Add a button to go back to the top of the page.” but there´s no link or symbol
