How do I figure out how to get through the security layer? I actually tried entering my username and password that I use to log into my account, because it seemed like a server issue, but it didn’t work.

Thanks. I wasn’t sure how to tell if it was wordpress or the host. I have never seen any security plugins. How do I tell if I have them?
I can contact the hosting company – so that would be Digital Ocean then, correct?
