Thank you for your help. I ended up using the woocommerce cart that has “update cart” button, that fixed the problem.

Hi @margaretwporg,
I tried to configure the plugin not to cache the cart, checkout and my account pages but still there is a problem.
Is there anything else I can do to fix this problem?
