Hello,
I solved the problem by installing another plugin to change the slug for autor
https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/edit-author-slug/
New edition: it did not solved the problem.
The author archive template is not working when changing the slug. Grgggg!
And I set it as solved, but it is not solved!
What can I do?

I just solved it yestarday.
I had the help of a developer.
We tried your suggestions but any of them worked.It seems it was a problem with cloudfare. At the end just turning off the cloudfare and loading again the page, connected the plugin to the store.
So we turned on cloudfare again and it was allright, except that it got stuck syncing the store.
I added &resync=1 to the page, and it got solved, as it says in here in one of the messages: https://github.com/mailchimp/mc-woocommerce/issues/441Thanks for all,

I already saw that article and I haven’t created that page myself. I created that page with cartflows
And the other thing is, as I said earlier, I cannot see a Divi link when editing the page from cartflows.
It shows an error.I go to steps> Checkout Page > Edit> Edit with Divi…
Then it appears a black page with a message saying:
“This block has encounter an error and cannot be previewed”
So, I cannot edit the page FROM the cartflows page editor.
I have to type the Url and enable the editor to be able to edit the page.
I saw your video on youtube, and it was working ok.
What is it that’s not working?
