Could you tell me which hosting provider you’re using? Do you happen to have any error logs you could share?

The error does not come from the plugin, but your server.
Some ideas:
- enable debug log and check /wp-content/debug.log
- check your server logs: error_log, php_error.log, hosting panel
- increase resources in your wp-config.php:
- define(‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘512M’);
- define(‘WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘512M’);
- ask ChatGPT
I am really sorry for this. I hope you can fix this and then use my plugin.

thanks for the details, sorry to hear that. The plugin is so designed, that not more than 5-10 seconds per request are needed. So I think you’ve got a very rare situation….
You could try to increase the timeout, see this link for help: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/32118358/wordpress-timeouts-at-30-seconds

sorry to hear that. If you have some dev Background you could open the Chrome developer console in your browser and copy/paste the error message here.
I’m going to enhance this in the future, so that the error message will be displayed on the screen…
