I tried to clear caches and even tried different browsers and devices. Issue is same looks fine when logged in. Looks different otherwise.
Resolved this by poking around…
Theme > Theme Options > Short Codes

Tweaked a few settings but Im guessing Button Border Color did it….
Thanks for the tip. I just tried it without any success. I placed it under Custom CSS as you said. Any other ideas?
