Just to update since I can not change my original post.
When Monday came around the creator of the plug in reached out and was, as he has ALWAYS been – incredibly helpful and got on top of working through the bugs I had requested service on. I can’t say the same for other people who help with support or who are in the Facebook group.
They shared that they do NOT offer Priority Service over the weekend, only during the weekday. On their site, at the time of my request, this wasn’t written anywhere – so from there grew the frustration as one would assume that if weekends were not included that it would be stated.
The issue with my site is still being worked on as I think it’s a bit of a unique problem. They’ve fixed it a few times, and then it keeps happening.
But they are on top of it trying to find a solution.
I’ll update once the issue is resolved to offer a true timeline on the issue.
