It doesn’t seem to be a Hubspot-specific problem.

I am trying this in chrome and it seems to be rendering okay for me without any console logs.

Are you using adblocker? If yes, can you please try whitelisting HubSpot or turning off enhanced protection in the case of Firefox?

Unfortunately, we don’t provide translation support with Loco.
The translations you recommend cannot be changed from the plugin side. I would suggest creating Hubspot Support ticket here: http://hubsqa.com/dd7aabfa-19e3-4357-aeaa-c42cbc93950c
I would also suggest adding which language support you are precisely looking for.
