Your help is absolutely worthless… I don’t doubt that your plugin works in most instances, the problem is that it’s not working for me. I asked if there was a way to manually add the “hooks” or whatever to make the field show up… is that possible?
I tried that and the customer source field still didn’t show up. You keep saying I have a “custom” checkout page but it’s literally the default one that showed up when I installed woocommerce. “Something” added a bunch of code that appears to add the different fields for the checkout page… but, it seems like “it’s” not adding the customer source field. Is there not a way to just add something like this:

When I do that, my checkout page is just blank. I don’t feel like you’re giving me very useful suggestions. How do I manually add the hook for your plugin to my checkout page?
I changed the template to 2024 and it still doesn’t show up:

That is what’s happening… the visual version is blank and woocommerce adds all of those items. This plugin doesn’t appear to be adding it’s portion. The checkout page is the default one created by woocommerce with nothing changed on it.
https://landstruck.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/Image8.jpgIt is the Easton theme. I didn’t do anything custom to anything, I just loaded up the woocommerce plugin and this plugin. Is there a way to manually add it to the checkout page? Here is what shows up when you look at the text version of the checkout page:

Thanks for the reply. The site started sporadically coming up and functioning for a minute or two. I went in and disabled the plugin in one of the windows of time where the site was up and it started functioning normally. I don’t have anything running on the server that I know of other than a basic website. I guess it’s on GoDaddy’s end. Does this plugin normally function well with their hosting? I didn’t see anyone else with similar problems before starting this thread.
Thanks,
Andy
