    Hey Brad,

Based off your video, all six sites show “Backup triggered by: Cron”

All six sites were not scheduled for a backup on Wednesday, July 9, 2020, which is the day it happened.

My backups are scheduled twice a week on Sunday morning and Thursday morning between 12 am to 6 am. None are scheduled at the same time.

All my sites have “Auto Backup Before Update” Disabled.

    Hope this helps, Mark

    Hey Brad,

After all the updates of the Total Upkeep and Total Upkeep Premium plugins two days ago, I changed my automatic backup schedule to twice a week (Sunday and Thursday morning). This is what I generally run. The only exception I made was for the two sites that had not backed up for two days. Those two backed up fine – so that was a success. What was interesting is that six additional sites backed up that were not scheduled for backups. I sent a list to BoldGrid Support so you can get it there. This is not a problem for me because I have it set to only keep 5 backups in reserve. All my sites are scheduled to back up tomorrow morning. Hope this helps.

    Thanks for your help, Mark

    Hey Brad,

All sites backed up but two. Those two have not backed up for two days. The Total Upkeep plugins updated late yesterday so I’m going to wait and see if the update fixes those two sites. I will let you know only if it doesn’t back up. I do have one site that has updated to Version 1.5.0 but not Version 1.5.1 yet. All others are at Version 1.5.1.

I did turn back on Site Checker and Logger, but not Send an email when there is a failed site check – everything is working great there.

Brad, I appreciate all the work you and your team have accomplished. It is refreshing to work with a company that is committed to their product.

    You guys are great!

    Thanks so much, Mark

    Hey Brad,

Good news is that all my sites successfully backed up to both Web Server and Google Drive last night.

Bad news is the pesky email notifications have reappeared.

To let you know, I turned off the “Send an email when there is a failed site check” notification yesterday afternoon. At 4:00 am this morning I started getting email notifications again even though the notification box is unchecked.

    Thanks, Mark

    Hello Brad,

I ran schedule automatic backups on all my sites throughout the night. Here are the results:

    1. All completed successfully (Web Server and Google Drive) but three.
    2. Of those that completed successfully – one website backed up to Google Drive twice.
    3. The three that failed did not complete any backup.
    4. Two websites gave the same error – “Could not reach admin-ajax.php address”
    5. One website did not initiate back up per schedule

On all websites I am receiving emails “A Site Check has failed. You should check your site and can perform a manual restoration.”

I have received 66 emails between midnight and 11:15 am

No error codes. When I run Preflight Check, all websites pass.

Here is what all the emails say:

    Hello,

A Site Check has failed. You should check your site and can perform a manual restoration.

    Okay Brad,

I did not get a jobs.log for a manual backup, but I did get one for an automatic backup. Here it is:

Hey Brad, I watched your video. I installed the WP Rollback plugin, rolled back Total Upkeep to branch.issue-320 and activated the plugin. I ran a manual backup. It did not backup to Google Drive. It also does not jobs.log under Tools> Logs

Hey Brad, thank you so much. I did put in a ticket at premium support.

I am also getting “A Site Check has failed email. “You should check your site and can perform a manual restoration.” It goes away if I delete Google Drive. It comes back when I Authorize and Configure again. There is no error code in the email. This is happening on almost all my sites.

    Thanks, Mark

Brad, thank you for the response. Yes, settings are configured properly to upload automated backups to Google Drive. Yes, “Cron” is selected.

Thanks Dan. I definitely needed the state data that your plugin supplies. I did a little research and found where ProPublica took over the Sunlight Congress API. I am including a link. Thank you for creating the plugin. Hope you get some time to work on Legisearch.
