I already found GigPress and love it. I found a plugin literally called Google Calendar that let me embed a calendar right into our admin panel. I haven’t fully set it up yet, but it should be perfect for what we need. Thanks for your help!

I have no idea, the drummer set it up and we thought it was a good idea so we went with it. Still, is there any sort of plugin that for WordPress that can give us this kind of functionality internally?
