UPDATE: I have learned that the theme is not the issue 🙂
In case you are also having issues with the icons.
Make sure you have a menu published “social menu” in the social menu location.
Add the social media URL in the menu custom link
The icon now shows up from the correct URL.
Would anyone know if there is another support option or is this theme no longer supported. Thanks.
