I understand that you probably have a lot of inquiries that need to be answered as soon as possible. The reference to further information is not necessarily helpful. You have already searched various articles yourself. Your customers aren’t all web programmers. That means we sometimes have very specific problems and the documentation is sometimes very general. It usually boils down to spending more than 3 hours trying and making changes to the php code until the problem was solved. By the way, when the support asks to log in my domain in order to access it directly, I think that’s a bit special. I am not giving anyone access to my web site.
