Would love to have the ability to use variables from form fields, to create a subject
For Example
When a Form has a field “Company”
I would want to use that field in the email and create a subject: “%Company% + Requesting Information”

and also tried deactivating it and turning it back on. In google webmaster tools, it shows the issue appeared on April 7th
that’s too bad, i was also looking for just the way to set what language the page/post is in and display them all, not change the URL’s or hide posts in different languages 🙁
please consider that feature for future updates
