Thanks, Cais — when I click on Support at http://nextgen-gallery.com/, it takes me back to http://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/plugin/nextgen-gallery — is it supposed to?

I think I figured out the permissions problem, but would be grateful if I could sneak in a couple of follow-up questions.
