Thanks, I think while the website was hidden, the hosting lapsed or something like that.
When I try going to ftp://websiteurl.com it is not even asking me for a username/password. I’ve tried it in explorer and chrome but nothing. Has the website completely vanished? The URL is registered for another year.
I never had FTP access, I just re-did some work on the existing site, through the interface. I might have to ask the site owner to check with the original builder or at least ask him for the FTP logins etc.
