I applied the fix to “bookings-event-printable.php” as suggested by JanEhrhardt and that has solved the problem for us. Thanks very much for that.
I applied the edit directly via Siteground’s file manager, as I didn’t understand how to do the fix via ‘templates’. If anyone sees a problem with that please let me know. I am no expert!
