In reply to: [PDF Embedder] Invalid PDF StructureFor me the issue has been resolved (for now!) by disabling the varnish for my websites. I had to go to my control panel on my webhost, to do it but that took care of it.
By the way the support I received from danlester (@danlester) was great. Thanks again for the awesome plugin!

When I googled the error message I found a couple of articles that mentioned the blank line in php so it sounds right, I just have no idea where to start fixing it. No php experience at all here. But I guess this is how you learn.

Well I don’t know about other users, but I would really benefit from having the ability to add maybe one or two more information gathering boxes in the quiz text section.
Right now it has boxes for name, email, business name, and phone number (all great) but I also need to collect the physical address and business license number for my students/customers.
to do this I have been using the business name box (with text changed to read “Business License”) and to get their physical address I use an open text question.
My customers do not log in to my website so I don’t have any other way of gathering that information.

Thanks for looking into it. I can’t stress enough how great the plug in is, we use it on three websites and it gets used A LOT with no other issues. Thanks a lot. I will definitely be recommending it.

I went ahead and published the page and it seems to be working now, so never mind. Thanks for the Plugin, it’s really great.
