A couple of things. Could we please do this over email, as you requested before? I still have not received a reply.
I do not understand why I would delete the first and last name fields from the pop-up when that is the information we are trying to collect. The problem is that when Hustle collects the first name, it places it in an additional “first name” field in the subscriber’s profile on Convert Kit that Hustle created. This creates a situation where we manually move people’s names to the correct “First Name” field.
For Bi-Monthly Newsletter Pop-Up – Since we took previous advice to delete the additional “name” field ( Convert Kit) created by the hustle pop-up, the data sent to integration says no.
We have a second pop-up for an E-Book. The integration says YES and sends the customer data to convert kit BUT continues to place the customer’s first name in a “Name” field created by hustle. We manually move people’s names to the proper “First Name” field.
So in summation. Deleting the “name” field breaks the integration, and data is not sent to convert kit, and leaving it makes us do manual data entry to the proper “first name” field in Convert Kit. Hi, I’ll be sending an email today as after deleting the field in convert kit and checking the integration on hustle… Data is not sending to convert kit anymore.
Yes, the extra first name field was created BY the hustle integration. It was not created by us in ConvertKit. The second field only appeared after it began to transfer name information to that field. However, it should be inputting the information in ConvertKit default first name field, not this second field. What specific export would you like exported from ConvertKit?

here is the link for the first name issue. As you can see, its created a Name Field at the bottom and is not integrating the client name into the First Name field
Additionally, you asked for this screenshot. You can find it in this linkOkay so I thought there was somewhere in Convert Kit I was supposed to do that but I found it under WordPress>Hustle>Pop-up>Edit>Emails>First Name
So now that we’ve correctly added first_name it has deleted all the previous client first names that were submitted through hustle and is still not integrating properly. The name is not going to the first name category in convert kit, it goes to a field at the bottom called “name” (which was automatically created after the integration began to work). Without the “first name” field properly integrated clients are saved without first names in our system. With this current situation, we would have to manually move every person’s name from “name” field to the “First Name” field (when they sign up with hustle pop-up) to make sure that emails are sent with the client’s name properly.

So I actually can’t change the text under “Custom Field” – First Name is from a drop down menu and cannot be changed to first_name in forminator. (it also cannot be changed under subscribers where you would add other custom fields). How/where should I configure it to first_name if its unable to be edited?
