It seems to me that your code is looking for a wrong file path.
It is looking for /home/locksmit/public_html/mrlocksmiths.ca/wp-content/plugins/store-locator-le/store-locator-le.php/core/languages/csl-slplus-en_US.mo
I find it hard to believe you have files under a folder named store-locator-le.phpForum: Plugins

I have installed a fresh WordPress site with no plugin and the deafult theme. After installing WordPress SEO default titles has the site name appears twice in the title. Nothing I do gets it fixed..Forum: Fixing WordPress

In fact, there was a server upgrade.
I have contacted the hosting provider and they say it is not their problem.
Any idea what in a host upgrade could cause the described problem ?I cannot find any error_log file that contains errors from the last few days.
