1. I overlooked the fact that in the first image, it doesn’t actually show the problem. The first link is how the second link should look as well. I am assuming this is a theme issue too because the drop down boxes actually look fine on the wordpress dashboard page for the tickets. It’s just when it comes to the site’s support page that it looks messed up.
2. We are using the Neve theme.
3. Yes I have already tried to edit the settings for the Individual Ticket. Here is an image of the settings

As you can see, I have added three articles, and they display just fine on the page I have specified as the KB articles page, but when I click on any of the articles, it takes me to a 404 page.
