My WordPress site crashed. Renamed the ‘reloaded’ folder in the plugins folder through FTP.
I could than upload de SE-version John refers to.
All slideshows were available, no crash, all up and running!

Tried the following theme’s all resulting in truncating the title’s:
Twenty Ten 1.1
Rustic 1.0.8
Contrast Style 1.1
Orangelight 1.0.3
YBoris 1.0.2
