I’m so sorry—I’m not very technical so I don’t really understand what you mean. I have 3 shortcodes—one for each row. And each row has three columns. Can you explain it again or send screenshots? Thank you.
Thanks for getting back to me @backupguard and I apologize but you’ll have to be patient and walk me through this slowly. I’m not sure where I go to find JetBackup> Backups >Actions> Download > Backup Log. We don’t have the paid version and we have a third-party server host. I wish I could attach a screenshot here.
