    It works fine now. There is no extra events fired.

    But since there were so many wrong events fired in the last couple of days. I have a feeling that my winning ads now doesn’t work because obviously the algorithm is showing ads to a different audience than usual. It’s a huge problem, because building the pixel data is hard work and now because of a meta bug all that hard work was thrown into water.

    Is there any solution? Reseting the pixel, deleting data from a couple of days ago? Anything like that?

    Ok, the plugin installed back. Manually installed codes disabled now. Campaign approved minutes ago and running.

    I disabled the plugin and installed the pixel manually only for the PageView, Add to cart, and Purchase events.

    I now started a new advertising campaign. Let’s give it a try for a couple of hours. Usually, the weird purchase numbers started to showing right after the start.

    Let’s see. I’ll keep you posted.

    Just got an email from the higher level Meta support:

    Hi Mihael,

    Thanks for your patience and reaching us out! 

    We have taken a look into this case and regarding an issue, that pixel is not firing correctly, but also we could see that was made a partner integration with the Pixel, sadly we do not support this implementation as this method requires a third party, and you will need to contact that third party provider for help. 

    In these cases, the Facebook Pixel implementation is handled by the 3rd party’s platform. We do not specialize in these platforms which is why we cannot provide support for them. We can only assist with Facebook Pixel implementation when the Facebook Pixels code is directly placed on the website’s code. This gives us the ability to visually find the Facebook Pixel in the website’s code and pinpoint the source of the issue. We do not have the same debugging flexibility when the Facebook Pixel is implemented via 3rd Party Tag Manager/Integration because the Facebook Pixel code is either hidden or is manipulated to make it compatible with the Tag Manager/Partner Integration Platform.

    Nemam. Ni u Woocommerce logu. To mi se dogodi kad više narudzba kompletiram jednu za drugom. Ali ajde to mi cak i nije problem, imam 100tinjak racuna mjesecno, pa samo na kraju mjeseca provjerim i uskladim.

    Još jedno pitanje, kad je u PDF Send control označeno “On status changed as Complete”, da li Solo fiskalizira taj racun u trenutku placanja, pa samo posalje racun kad je status promjenjen, ili ga fiskalizira u trenutku kad je status promjenjen?

    Da li radite customiziranje plugina? Naravno uz naknadu.

    Razumijem. Dobro. Onda još jedno pitanje.

    Neovisno o ovome gore, kad kompletiram više narudžba odjednom (Change status to complete) Primjetio sam da neki računi nisu napravljeni. Znam da ste bili pričali jednom jer Solo ima neko ograničenje… Koliko bi trebalo pričekati između kompletiranja svake narudžbe, a da sustav uredno napravi račun?

    Pozdrav! I dalje nema rješenja ovome. Zbog ovog ću morat otkazat Solo pretplatu i preć na nešto drugo. Jednostvno nema šta nisam probao i uvijek isti error – prazna poruka. S druge strane u debug folderu isto ono šta sam bio poslao gore. Ili mi recite kako da instaliram neku od starijih verzija, tamo mi je sve radilo bez problema.

    Imam Mailerlite ali iz njega ne saljem nikakve mailove, nego mi sluzi samo za gradit mailing listu.

    Od ostalih imam WPMAIL SMTP plugin. I to ej to.
    Nedavo sam u potpunosti izbrisao sa stranice plugin od Mailchimpa.
    Mozda da ga probam ponovno instalirat, da nije nesto ostalo povezano?

    I’m experiencing almost the same issue. Buyers just get to me saying that their order is in “Pending” on their PayPall side, but I don’t see that order or nothing. BUT, some orders goes well and some don’t. I’m from Croatia and when I make an order all is done well, but when buyers which most of them are from USA or Canada try to buy, that weird situation happens.

    I don’t know which data should I remove and which to leave. Is there a way to send you via email the log file?

    When I try to search for errors, somewhere is present this:
