We are using EM version 5.5.3.1 and EM pro. Looks like it could possibly be a server side issue with our hosting provider. It’s possible that while sending the email reminder, the connection got lost and ended up in a loop, so it kept on sending the mail.

I am experiencing a similar issue, each attendee has received approximately 30-40 duplicate event reminder emails. Is there a possible cause or resolution for this issue?

I have the same question. Upon logging in, can a member be directed to a post page rather than their profile page in the dashboard?

Any help is greatly appreciated!
