In reply to: [RSVPMaker] Settings won’t save on changeThanks David. Appreciate the quick response and updated release!
Hi Donna,
Do you know if the new plugin, Sensei with WooCommerce Paid Courses is completed and available for purchase now? If so, where is it offered?
Thanks
Not sure, but it looks like your theme may be overriding the css for an iframe. As a short term fix before the developers weigh in, try adding this custom css to your theme:
iframe {
min-height: 50px;

Any updates on the addition of this lot tracking feature?
A release with a fix to this bug will be released hopefully later this week.

In reply to: [CardPointe Payment Gateway for WooCommerce] Critical Error When Checking OutIn most cases, the error is caused if the username or password in your settings are entered incorrectly. I would suggest you give CardConnect support a call and confirm you have the correct values.

In reply to: [CardPointe Payment Gateway for WooCommerce] CardConnect failed transaction@ggittar That message can sometimes occur if there was a problem connecting with the CardConnect server. Have you had that message again since? Have there been any other successful transactions since?
Check to make sure you have entered the “Site” field in the plugin settings. It usually needs the value “fts”.
You will also need to request that your web hosting provider opens ports 6443 and 8443 for your site.
There is now an updated version of the plugin (1.0.6) that will give you an error message in the dashboard if you are missing any required fields.
@you2media – We took another look and figured out a solution which we will add to the plugin and release an update for this week. Thanks for your patience!
@you2media – Thanks for the clarification. I was able to duplicate the error. It looks like the theme’s css is putting that error message on top and covering up the form input. Not sure if it’s the plugin or the theme that is the culprit. Have you tried reaching out to the theme developers?
@you2media – Please let me know what versions you’re using of the plugin, WordPress, and Woo. Also, what theme (and version) are you using?

In reply to: [CardPointe Payment Gateway for WooCommerce] SyntaxError: Unexpected token CYour version of Woo Commerce is supported. They might have been referring to their plugin not yet supporting Woo Subscriptions 2.0, but from what you posted, it doesn’t look like you are using that plugin. My guess is that all you need to do to get CardConnect working correctly is confirm with your host that the ports are open.
If you decide to go with Auth.net or Stripe, you don’t need to ask your host to open those ports.

In reply to: [CardPointe Payment Gateway for WooCommerce] SyntaxError: Unexpected token C@matthew – Please confirm with your hosting provider that the following ports are open: 6443, 8443. If the host will only open those ports for a specific IP address, you’ll need to get those IP’s from CardConnect.

In reply to: [CardPointe Payment Gateway for WooCommerce] SyntaxError: Unexpected token C@matthew – thanks for the additional info! We’ll post here when we figure out the issue. So far, we’ve only been able to reproduce the problem when we have an incorrect MID in the settings, but we’re still doing further troubleshooting.
