Still using Base styling only I’ve copied all important css for the forms and made them all !important. Now they’re ~ decent.
Meanwhile I managed to find a somewhat workaround by setting Base styling only and styling the submit button, but the forms look bad (see the popup from Apply Today button under Apprenticeship Program).

Since I need to un-tick ‘Email me whenever anyone posts a comment’ and ‘A comment is held for moderation’ under Settings > Discussion in the WordPress Admin, it means bnfw replaces WP core notifications settings.
I’ll do it and come back with the result 😉

And I think that the error appeared on the most recent previous version of the plugin, so it must’ve been Cookie Bar v 1.6.3?
