If you mind I would like to ask one more question.
There is one plugin called “Product Visibility by Country for Woocommerce”.
It just adds two additional fields to woocommerce product edit page, “visible in countries and invisible in countries”.
So, you can specify countries where seller’s product will be visible or invisible.
This plugin uses Geolocation.
How possibly these fields could be shown on vendors edit product page or could you implement such feature in your plugin?

I think you are right, this is because of my Flatsome theme.
When I changed theme to Storefront, it works.
The only problem is that I can’t use Storefront theme, it breaks all my style.
The other thing I noticed is that Edit Product page in vendor Dashboard is rendering in Quirks mode. Could it be the reason of this glitch?

As you advised, I have deactivated all plugins except Woocommerce, but nothing changed.
This is really weird, because I have tinymce toolbar in Woocommerce Product editor.
However, there are no toolbars on Edit Product page in vendor Dashboard and I still can’t switch Visual and Text tabs.
Any possibilities to inject some php code or javascript to make it work?
Any other suggestions please.
