Hi.
I’ve migrated to a new wordpress website, not a “MULTI-SITE” one, and the Custom Status plugin now works.
I was not able to detect which plugin, in my previous multi-site installation, gives problems to AW support, and I suspect it was AW Support itself…
Keep me updated of any new info about this issue. I “close” the ticket but I connot consider it as resolved.

I have to organize the test (stopping other plugins), maybe on Tuesday.We have a multi-site installation with (currently) only one site.

I have both plugins/addons activated either in the “main” WP dashboard, either in the website dashboard.I’ve taken to pics and put them in a GoogleDrive of mine:
