Hi!
French is the default WordPress language and English is the second.
Thanks!
Hi!
I have installed W3 total Cache and disabled Page Cache for “Support Users”.
I don’t have any JS error in the Console.
What Else could I try?
Do you know what rights and on what folders on my server I should have so that the Module works properly?
One thing looks a bit strange to me. On the http://mysite/index.php/my-tickets/ page, I have this link “Click here to submit your first ticket.”. It has the same URL as the page itself “http://mysite/index.php/my-tickets/”.
Thanks a lot!

Hi!
Thaks a lot for your reply!
First, I do not have “TICKETS->SETTINGS->ADMIN”. I only have “TICKETS->SETTINGS”.
Second, I have created a new user through the AwesomeSupport module. On the bakc-end, I have assigned him “Support User” role.
Yet, when he clicks on “Click here to submit your first ticket.”, the page reloads, but nothing happens.
Could it be because mail SMTP configuration on my server is not working?
Please help, any advice will be warmly welcomed.
Thanks
