Thank you for the response I thought this might be a plugin conflict issue so I checked in a new environment also. but it was still happening there.
I checked this is a premium version so i will contact you guys there.

Also, please let us know if the premium plugin version support adding multiple Google Business locations. So we can suggest that option too.
